Hi every one PLEASE HELP ME FIND MR DENNIS WINDERS
When I was in Class 9, my dad was undergoing a very bad phase in life, that is when some of our teachers like Mrs Rajan, Mrs Abraham, Mrs Harshavardhana amongst others (Gideon played a big role also)guided my father and helped initiate my application for a sponsor. This resulted in a sponsor being found for me through CCF,
A kindly person called Mr Dennis Winders came forward and sponsored me for class 9-11, I am posting his picture taken on his wedding with Ms Lori at Seattle in 78.
During 1976-78 he worked for Pizza Hut in Seattle. As per people search there is a Mr Dennis Winders in Seattle however I have not been able to get his email or tele id
Hope some of our school mates in the US especially WA would be able to get in touch with this great person and forward his email id to me at shivats@gmail.com

Hi This is the NCC Boys Mountaineering Expedition I led in 2004 to Bhagitathi II Peak in Uttaranchal Pradesh off Gangotri
After my Siachen Tenure where I was at 22309 Ft this is the next highest I have been( I didnot go beyond Summit Camp 6455 m)

Hi This is the NCC Girls Mountaineering Expedition I led in 2004 to Manali and ShitidharPeak in Himachal Pradesh. The first successful Women's Expedition to Scale Manali Peak in Mountaineering History
I went upto Shitidhar Peak( Ps the Basic Mountaineering Course at MAS Manali Climbs to this peak as part of training- Altitude Gain)

Well folks sorry one more new generation picture, many of you would recognise the teacher yes it Evelyn Samuel many of you would remember her including Siva and she is still in School helping Llewellyn Xavier run the school (sorry for all the spelling errors) The girl first from left is my sis Jaya, building is Stanes Block!!!! Jaya just saw the blog and corrected me, Pauline Daniel is also in the school and shes the vice principal of the School sorry for the wrong name in the initial post

BATH DAYS AT PETERSBURG
It was a ritual or rather a type of a race that included teamwork. You selected the strongest to run and your trusted team mate to carry your books back. The prize is to have the first dips to one of the three buckets that are available for the bath.
Till to date, when I tell of this story to friends and family, they cannot picture the event! You have to experience it to appreciate it... Will "Petersburg Boys" please comment
